THE PROJECT STORY
Jimmy Choo × Crosby Studios
For Miami Art Week, Jimmy Choo’s Miami Design District boutique became the setting for a collaboration between Sandra Choi and Harry Nuriev of Crosby Studios. Lin Projects handled the entire production and fabrication, building a store within a store with custom walls and shelving.

A store within a store
The project called for a new environment inside an existing boutique. Lin Projects built that inner store: the walls and shelving that established the look of the space and provided the setting for the installation’s product displays. The work brought the store-within-a-store concept into physical form.
The creative collaboration
Jimmy Choo Creative Director Sandra Choi and Harry Nuriev, founder of Crosby Studios, explored scale through an oversized chrome interpretation of the Ixia pump. Shoes from Choi’s personal archive formed part of the installation, bringing the house’s design history into a new retail setting.
Full production. Complete fabrication.
Our role covered the entire production and fabrication. The custom walls and shelving were integral to the finished environment, creating the interior framework for the collaboration. This project brings together two central parts of our practice: producing the complete experience and fabricating the elements that give a space its character.
